Neil Young isn’t slowing down. The Canadian icon has just announced he’ll be bringing The Chrome Hearts back to UK and European stages next summer, with a run that reads like a greatest hits of festival grounds and historic venues.
The Chrome Hearts – featuring Spooner Oldham on keys, Micah Nelson (yes, Willie’s son) on guitar and vocals, Corey McCormick on bass and vocals, and Anthony LoGerfo on drums – have proven themselves worthy companions for Young’s recent musical journeys.
What’s particularly interesting about this tour is the pairing with Elvis Costello & The Imposters on select dates. Two artists who’ve never compromised, never played it safe, sharing stages across Europe. That’s worth the ticket price alone.
For the devoted, Neil Young Archives members get first crack at tickets with a 48-hour presale starting Monday, November 24th at 9am GMT. The rest of us mortals can try our luck when general sale opens Friday, November 28th, same time.
The Love Earth moniker is Young continuing his decades-long dialogue about environmental consciousness, wrapped in some of the most visceral rock music you’ll hear this side of 2026.
