German rock upstarts Bird’s View release their sophomore studio offering, House Of Commando, on 20th September via Drakkar Entertainment, and ahead of that, out now, is new single ‘Come Back Home‘.
The album was mastered by Howie Weinberg, known for his work with Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins), and a music video for ‘Come Back Home’ is a promising harbinger of what’s to come that you can check out here at RAMzine, and is available via all digital providers here.
Since their 2023 debut album, Red Light Habits, they’ve toured with acts such as Soulfly, Skid Row and Dirty Honey, so it’s hardly surprising they’ve been labelled as “one of the best young rock bands in Germany”.
Bird’s View’s sound has been described as a “wild fusion of driving rhythms, razor-sharp guitar riffs and catchy hooks”. Being in their early twenties, the young band quickly developed its own sound that combines the authenticity of punk with the melody of alternative rock. Since their formation in 2019 by founding member Niko Huber – Son of Nik Huber, owner of world renowned boutique company Nik Huber Guitars, their course and goal has been clear: “Straight forward!”
With their youthful energy and fast pace, Bird’s View not only inspire a new generation of rock fans, but may also charm the old school heart. They are the voice of a generation longing for real, unadulterated music.
