If you were there when Black Stone Cherry first exploded out of Kentucky back in 2006, you know exactly why this news matters. The rockers have just announced their most ambitious UK tour yet: a near month long “An Evening With” run that’ll see them play their legendary self titled debut in full, marking its 20th anniversary.
Twenty years! The self-titled record helped define a generation of rock fans, and now you’re getting the chance to hear every single track live, followed by a second set packed with career spanning classics and fresh material from the upcoming Celebrate EP.
The tour kicks off at Nottingham’s Rock City on 20th October, winding through 16 venues including stops in Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen before culminating with two nights at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town.
As the band themselves put it: “We cannot wait to come back to the UK and celebrate with all of our Cherry Heads across so many different cities! Touring overseas is such a thrill and exciting thing for us and we will absolutely bring the energy and vibe with us to every stop on the tour!”
