If that wasn’t enough, the post-band entertainment for Bloodstock 2018 has also been announced. This will take place after the bands have finished on the Sophie Lancaster stage. If sleeping isn’t your thing, the tent will be turned in to ‘The Lock In’. This is a a fully immersive club night -presented by Old Blue Last Beer and presented by comedian Andrew O’Neill.
Each night features a different DJ, celebrating a different decade in metal: On Thursday we get the legend that is Krusher spinning tracks from the 1970s, Friday is ’80s night with Alexander Milas, Saturday is the ’90s with Dom Lawson, and Sunday finishes with Metal Hammer’s Merlin Alderslade with the best of the ’00s.
Plus you can expect movies, world record attempts, games, prizes, a giant can sculpture(!) and even more.
