Bon Jovi Announces Triumphant Return to Touring Following Vocal Recovery

After a well-documented journey through vocal cord surgery and rehabilitation, Bon Jovi is back. The Grammy Award-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band has unveiled a select run of stadium dates for 2026, marking their highly anticipated return to the stage.

The tour kicks off with a four-night residency at Madison Square Garden in July before crossing the Atlantic for massive shows at Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, Dublin’s Croke Park, and a finale at London’s Wembley Stadium in September. These carefully chosen venues underscore the band’s intention to make their comeback both meaningful and monumental.

Jon Bon Jovi’s recent vocal struggles have been laid bare in the critically acclaimed Hulu documentary series Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story, making this announcement all the more significant. The frontman doesn’t shy away from acknowledging the journey, expressing profound gratitude for the patience shown by both fans and his bandmates during his recovery.

“I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience – I get to stand in the WE of our concerts,” Jon reflects on the communal experience that has defined Bon Jovi’s four-decade career. His readiness to return speaks to both personal triumph and the enduring bond between the band and their audience.

Coinciding with the tour announcement, the band drops FOREVER (Legendary Edition) on October 24 – a reimagining of their latest studio work featuring an impressive roster of collaborators. Bruce Springsteen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Jason Isbell, Carin León, Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott, Robbie Williams, and Avril Lavigne all lend their voices to the project.

Unable to tour behind the original FOREVER release in June 2024 due to his vocal limitations, Jon Bon Jovi called upon fellow artists to breathe new life into the material. “All are great singers, artists, and also just great people,” he notes, framing the project as a testament to the power of musical community during challenging times.

For UK and Irish fans, the ticket scramble begins Monday, October 27, with presales available to those who preorder the Legendary Edition. General sales open Friday, October 31, through the band’s website and Live Nation.

After the uncertainty of recent years, the band’s return promises to deliver the arena-rock experience that has defined their legacy, now infused with the hard-won perspective that only comes from overcoming adversity.

The limited nature of this tour suggests these shows will be special events rather than business as usual – a victory lap that acknowledges both how far they’ve come and the preciousness of being able to perform at all.
