With the lack of festivals in the past two years, the line-ups being announced recently seem to be getting better and better.
Dominion Festival in County Durham is no exception – announcing its first line-up headed by Cradle Of Filth and Blind Guardian.
The festival takes place at the stunning Ushaw Historic House, Chapel and Gardens in County Durham and has already announced 42 bands so far. Check out the poster below.
Alex Hutchinson, Operations Director of Wannasee had this to say:
“Since Sonisphere left the UK in 2011, we have bemoaned the lack of a large-scale festival showcasing metal from across the spectrum. There are some fantastic specialist events out there but nothing with the breadth and variety that the genre truly has to offer. Working with a variety of partners and other local promoters, we’re aiming to put the North-East truly back on the metal map with this open-air event which can grow to become the regional home of everything hard and fast!”
