After several bizarre updates on their social network sites ‘sextreme metallers’ Cradle of Filth have revealed more information on their upcoming album ‘Hammer Of The Witches’ and the video for upcoming single ‘Right Wing of the Garden Triptych’.
Earlier this week they revealed ‘drain man’ Dani Filth is half-way through the vocal session for the album, which is due for release June this year. It was also revealed the singer will be taking a short break to recover:
The intense nature of the album has seen the singer take a short break for restuperation, following a fortnight of ballistic vocal abuse deep in the dankest backwaters of the Witch County Countryside”.
Yesterday (March 23rd), the band posted this status update on Facebook:
[Cradle of Filth] were assembled this weekend on the coast of Suffolk, England, undertaking a video for the forthcoming single ‘Right Wing Of The Garden Triptych’ with director Sam Scott-Hunter”.
The video was filmed at the former US military base of Brentwaters, Rendlesham Forest – which is also the site of the UK’s most prolific UFO encounter. They filmed in an old fire station which is now mainly used as a film location and a ‘creepy looking’ air hangar.
Filming for the video continues today (24th) which involves ‘kinky bondage’ on a farmstead near Duxford War Museum. Check back for updates on the video and new CoF album.
