Sweden’s Deaf Rat has a new single out, ‘Say Your Lies’, available on AFM Records.
A rock anthem merging lyrics and music into a pulsating high-energy rock track, it’s taken from the band’s follow-on album to Ban The Light, that they’re currently in the studio working, with ‘Schizophrenic Part Of Me’ already released this summer.
“To be in the studio with the other guys is a dream. I can just sit in the studio and listen to the guys play their guitar parts and enjoy their sheer talent which is over the top!” said vocalis Frankie Rich.
From Dalarna in Sweden, a small region with long traditions of mining, steel industry, music and a healthy dose of DIY attitude, Deaf Rat is built on a strong foundation of classic 70s, 80s and 90s rock packed with influences of the band members different personal favourites, intent on filling up the cracks in the ageing concrete between old school and modern hard rock.
