We love Desertfest. There, we said it. And the 2026 edition is shaping up to be one of the best yet.
The London institution has just dropped its day splits alongside nine fresh additions to an already stacked bill, and if you’ve been holding out for day tickets, now’s your moment.
Friday kicks off with classic stoner heaviness at the Electric Ballroom, where Hermano, fronted by desert rock legend John Garcia, will bring proceedings to a suitably dusty close. Saturday belongs to the homegrown heroes as Green Lung take the Roundhouse headline slot, while Sunday delivers a moment many have waited years for: Clutch finally gracing the Desertfest stage.
The new additions lean heavily into celebrating British talent. Prog psych collective Church of the Cosmic Skull, Lancastrian rock apostles Wytch Hazel, and London crossover kings Inhuman Nature join Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs and Green Lung in what feels like a proper showcase of what this country does best.
Then there’s Florida sludge pioneers Cavity, reuniting to headline Friday’s Black Heart stage. If you know, you know. If you don’t, you’re about to find out why they matter.
Speaking of reunions, The Sword and underground doom icons Capricorns are also making their return, while -16- and Solace make noteworthy Desertfest debuts. First timers to UK soil include Causa Sui, Komodor, Moundrag, and Midhaven.
Rounding out the announcement: Moloch, Daufodt, Kushthulu, Iron Slug, and Troll Mother.
Fourteen years in and Desertfest continues to champion the underground while honouring the legends. Weekend and day tickets are available now at desertfest.co.uk.
Desertfest London runs 15th to 17th May 2026.
