Evil Scarecrow’s long awaited fifth studio album, Silicon Tea, will be launched this Autumn, with assorted singles from it to be released in the coming months, and Premature Obsolescence tour dates taking up a good part of the year.
The band ais said to be busy in their Crow’s Nest Garden Shed “working on new ridiculous props and absurd video ideas2 while it’s also been revealed they are “delighted to have the hilarious and wonderful Andrew O’Neill joining them for this tour”.
O’Neill is an award-winning comedian, musician and the author of A History of Heavy Metal, if you’ve not seen Andrew perform before you’re apparently in for a real treat!
The tour takes in many of the band’s favourite venues including a very special Christmas Party at Rock City in Nottingham and a special intimate acoustic show at The Gryphon in Bristol the day before they (absolutely don’t) rock the infamous Thekla.
There are only 50 tickets available for the acoustic show, so be ready to grab any still available.
