Out now, is Fight The Fade‘s new album, Isolationist, on FiXT, and with it a new single and video in ‘Revolution’ a fight song that encapsulates the heart of the album’s message.
It follows fast in the wake of the title track as a single. Fusing alternative rock, hard rock, and modern rock, it showcases the band’s ability to create emotive soundscapes ‘Isolationist’ is a blend of raw emotional depth told through a musical lens.
“This song is near to my heart, as it is a letter to anyone struggling with mental health,” explained Fight The Fade. “While solitude can be a helpful tool for perspective at times, finding community is tremendously helpful. As the song says, “life shouldn’t be so lonely.” If you are struggling, know you’re not alone, and you are so, so loved.”

Fiery, explosive, full of yearning, the heavy hitting rock single ‘Alive Again’ came before those two.
“From the first demo of this song, I knew we had something special,” explained Fight The Fade. “Being caught up in the grind can be numbing. The pain of life can also be numbing, and when you find something that makes you feel alive again, you tell everybody about it. This is that anthem.”
Hard rock anthemic single ‘Quarantine‘ came before that, and that single delves into the turmoil of isolation and self-reliance. ‘Quarantine’ is a visceral plea for space amidst inner struggle. The track is a reflection of Fight The Fade‘s signature style, blending elements of hard rock, alternative rock, and modern rock, with moods that range from energetic to fiercely introspective.
The chorus echoes the protagonist’s need for solitude with thought provoking lyrics: “Quarantine, Stay away from me, I’ll separate myself, For my own sanity.” Through poignant reflections on healing and resilience, Fight The Fade delivers a cathartic yet intense anthem for those navigating inner turmoil.

Known for pulling together influences from rock, metal, and electronic music, Fight the Fade has forged a sonic identity that wraps heartfelt lyrical themes within a robust production style and delivers them with nuanced and diverse writing approaches. The band’s work ethic and innovative blend of genres led them to an album deal with independent electronic rock label FiXT in late 2020, with Fight the Fade releasing singles throughout 2021, leading to a full-length album Apophysitis released in July 2022.
Picking up where earlier single ‘Gangrene’ left off, and before ‘Quarantine’ came ‘Next Sunrise’ that delivered an explosive soundscape, driven by intense rhythms, thrashing guitars, and a daring vocal performance from lead singer, Zene Smith. Incorporating synthesisers into heavy guitar work and thought provoking lyrics, Fight The Fade has released a defiant anthem without overshadowing the raw, primal energy of pure rock. Fierce in its delivery, defiant in spirit, the single is the next chapter into the compelling exploration of inner turmoil and external forces from the upcoming album, Isolationist. “It’s time.” ‘Next Sunrise’ is still on all platforms from FiXT here and you can check the video out here at RAMzine.
