IT’sALIE come from Italy, or at least most of them do, and Wild Game is a new album from them due as of 27th February via Frontiers Music Srl, while out now is the first single and official video taken from it ‘Waiting For The Rain’.
Discussing the single, the band commented: “Written in collaboration with Mat Sinner and Magnus Karlsson, this track encapsulates our entire hard rock essence: a hypnotic, high-energy groove, a gritty yet melodic voice, and an explosive guitar solo that leaves its mark. A perfect taste of what Wild Games has in store!”
Talking about the record, the band said: “With this chapter, we wanted to set the stylistic coordinates of a hard and heavy sound that starts from the blues and returns to the blues. Giorgia’s voice – carrying within it all the power of the great rock singers of the ’70s (Janis Joplin, Ann Wilson, Aretha Franklin…) – brings a unique colour to a sound that bridges Lynch Mob, Black Sabbath (Dio–Martin era), and Southern rock.
“We entrusted the production to Mat Sinner (who, from this album onward, also plays bass in the band), while Magnus Karlsson handled the mix and mastering. We are very satisfied with the result and consider it a major achievement to place it in the hands of the Frontiers team!” they continued.
The band was founded by rock singer Giorgia Colleluori (Sinner, Rock Meets Classic, and formerly Eternal Idol), who teamed up with Mat Sinner, the band’s manager and co-producer, and drummer Camillo Colleluori (also formerly with Eternal Idol).
In 2020, their debut album Lilith was released via ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records, returning to the studio in 2021 to record Emosphere, released the following year when they egan performing on national stages in support of the release. In 2023, with the addition of talented guitarist Leonardo Duranti, the band solidified its lineup. Mat Sinner took on a dual role as producer and bassist, and during the same year, the band began writing their third album, collaborating with Magnus Karlsson on three songs.
