A new remastered reissue of Aqualung Live by Jethro Tull is set for release on the 21st November through InsideOutMusic.
Originally released in 2005, Aqualung Live documents a live studio performance of their classic Aqualung album in full, played by the line-up of Ian Anderson, Martin Barre, Doane Perry, Andrew Giddings and Jonathan Noyce.
Recorded in 2004 as part of Sirius XM’s Then Again Live series at their studio in Washington DC, in the USA, the audio has been newly remastered for this release, and will be available on vinyl for the very first time as a gatefold 180g LP, as well as brand new CD & digital editions.
Earlier this year, Jethro Tull released their latest studio album Curious Ruminant to critical acclaim, and the band continue to perform live with shows throughout Europe for the rest of 2025, followed by an extensive UK run in 2026 – For the full list of shows, head here.
Curious Ruminant is available on several different formats, including a limited deluxe ultra clear 180g 2LP + 2CD + Blu-ray artbook & limited deluxe 2CD + Blu-ray artbook. Both feature the main album, alternative stereo mixes and Blu-ray containing Dolby Atmos & 5.1 Surround Sound (once again undertaken by Bruce Soord of The Pineapple Thief), as well as exclusive interview material.
