Living in The City with IT’sALIE

IT’sALIE, who come from Italy, have released ‘Living In The City’ as their latest single, taken from their new studio album, Wild Games, due out on 27th February via Frontiers Music Srl.

Vocalist Giorgia Colleluori commented: “Without a doubt, this is the most rock ‘n’ roll song on the record and a standout favourite of ours. Bluesy guitar lines, a driving four-on-the-floor rhythm, and a powerful, raspy vocal that deliver pure attitude!”

Talking about the album itself, the band said: “With this chapter, we wanted to set the stylistic coordinates of a hard and heavy sound that starts from the blues and returns to the blues. Giorgia’s voice, carrying within it all the power of the great rock singers of the ’70s (Janis Joplin, Ann Wilson, Aretha Franklin), brings a unique colour to a sound that bridges Lynch Mob, Black Sabbath (Dio/Martin era), and Southern rock.”

They continued: “We entrusted the production to Mat Sinner (who, from this album onward, also plays bass in the band), while Magnus Karlsson handled the mix and mastering. We are very satisfied with the result and consider it a major achievement to place it in the hands of the Frontiers team!”

Wild Games features the tracks ‘Waiting For The Rain’, ‘One Way To Rock’, ‘Living In The City’, ‘History Remains’, ‘Believers Of Leaders’, ‘Rebels’, ‘Bring It On’, ‘Gates Of Faith’, ‘Wake Up Call’, ‘Death Road’ and ‘Spirits’.
