Marilyn Manson is touring his critically claimed album ‘The Pale Emperor’ and tickets go on sale at 9am GMT on Friday 19th June 2015.
Tickets are available from www.kililive.com, www.seetickets.com and www.triplegmusic.com
‘The Pale Emperor’ has received various responses, with a rating of 6/10 from NME who suggest “The Pale Emperor’ feels grey and humourless. ‘The Mephistopheles Of Los Angeles’ is wheezy hair metal, while the dour ‘Third Day Of A Seven Day Binge’ channels ‘Lust For Life’-era Iggy, but makes hedonism sound like hard labour.” And “being a wicked voice in the wilderness, it turns out, quite suits him.”
Manson gives us an insight to the further meaning of his album in an interview with ‘Gigwise’ seen here:
Since Manson created a ‘band’ in the early ‘90s, he has made a name for himself and has utilized a rotating cast of associates to deliver his music and message. Marilyn Manson has once again rose back above the criticism and controversy of the mass-media to deliver a “soul-stripping, kiss-smearing, church floor-burning songs that stand, unequivocally, his most fully-wrought album” which is going to be brought to his fans in the four date tour coming this November.
