Me and That Man unveil mysterious video for ‘My Church Is Black’

Dark rock duo Me and That Man have unveiled the quirky video for their latest track ‘My Church is Black’, which looks like it could be a short film directed by David Lynch.

Check it out below:

For those who haven’t come across Me and That Man: it is a meeting of minds between Behemoth frontman Nergal and British-Polish musician John Porter. Their music is inspired by the likes of Johnny Cash, Nick Cave, and Tom Waits.

Nergal had this to say about the track:

“My Church Is Black’ is a strong declaration.  With ME AND THAT MAN, I’m telling simple stories in a simple way, not overloaded with metaphors and hidden meanings.  It’s just got to be as natural, organic and stripped down as it can be.”

‘My Church Is Black’ is taken from the album ‘Songs of Love and Death’ which features artwork by Daniel P Carter.

Me and That Man will play their first UK gig at London’s Jazz Cafe on March 26th. Tickets go on sale January 16th via Live Nation
