Milkfest Returns to O2 with Elles Bailey, Brave Rival

Milkfest is back, and this year’s lineup is shaping up to be something special.

The one-day charity blues festival returns to the Indigo at the O2 in Greenwich on March 1st, running from 2pm to 10pm, with all profits going to Dementia UK. And headlining proceedings? None other than Elles Bailey, the reigning UK Blues Vocalist of the Year.

Bailey’s addition to the bill feels like a natural fit. She’s become one of the most respected voices on the British blues scene, though her appeal stretches well beyond genre boundaries. Between her acclaimed releases and her radio show on Planet Rock, she’s built a reputation that speaks for itself.

“It’s an honour to be part of the Milkfest 2026 lineup alongside so many friends,” Bailey said. “Having experienced first-hand the devastation dementia can bring to the whole family, I’m proud to be able to support such an important cause.”

The rest of the lineup reads like a celebration of British blues talent. Brave Rival, named UK Blues Band of the Year, will be there alongside Alice Armstrong (Vocalist of the Year), Mississippi MacDonald (Acoustic Act of the Year), and UK Blues Challenge winner Errol Linton. Climax Blues Band bring their blues rock credentials, while Chris Difford of Squeeze fame adds some legendary songwriting pedigree to the proceedings.

There’s also the pairing of Hamish Stuart and Robbie McIntosh, whose combined CV includes stints with Average White Band, Paul McCartney, and The Pretenders. Hosts The Milk Men, who founded the festival in 2024, round out the announced acts, with more special guests promised.

Last year’s Milkfest raised over £8,000 for the Brain Tumour Charity. This year’s cause hits close to home for many: dementia now affects one in every two people in the UK, whether as someone living with the condition or caring for someone who is.

Tickets are available now through AXS, Eventim, Ticketmaster, and the venue directly.
