Motorhead’s bomber flies again in Airbourne’s new video ‘It’s All For Rock N Roll’

Aussie hard-rockers Airbourne have revealed the video for their latest single ‘It’s All For Rock N Roll’.

In tribute to the late rock-god Lemmy, the video features Motorhead’s iconic ‘Bomber’ stage set-piece.

Check out the video below:

It’s fitting the video was premiered on Motorhead’s official website. As you may have guessed the song is an ode to the Motorhead frontman and features archive footage throughout.

Lemmy also appeared in Airbourne’s video for ‘Runnin’ Wild’ in 2007.

Airbourne frontman Joel O’Keefe had this to say about their new video:

“When Motörhead played, Lemmy was there for the fans and the fans were there for him. It didn’t matter what was happening in the world at that point, because Motörhead was onstage; the crew had everything dialled in, and the crowd were there and lovin’ it – all for rock ‘n’ roll… Whenever we were on tour, we looked forward to seeing the festival posters with the big Motörhead logo on there, and now there’s just a big black hole. ‘We are Motörhead, and we play rock ‘n’ roll’, we were so used to hearing that, and when it’s not there anymore, it hits you hard… Lemmy meant so much to us, and so much to rock ‘n’ roll itself…”

‘It’s All For Rock N Roll’ features on Airbourne’s fourth album ‘Breakin’ Outta Hell’.

Airbourne will play Download Festival this June as well as headlining Hard Rock Hell in Wales this November.
