Nightmare’s Back!

French power metal sirens Nightmare’s still going strong – their first release dating back to 1994’s Waiting For Twilight – and they return with female vocalist, Madie (Faith In Agony) now on the mic, having recorded their most ambitious album to date in the form of Aeternam.

Tracks featured are: Temple Of Acheron’, ‘Divine Nemesis’, ‘The Passenger’, ‘Downfall Of A Tyrant’, ‘Crystal Lake’, ‘Lights On’, ‘Aeternam’, ‘Under The Ice’, ‘Black September’ and ‘Anneliese’ as played by Yves Campion (Bass & vocals), Franck Milleliri (Guitar), Matt Asselberghs (Guitar & vocals) and Niels Quiais (Drums).

Aeternam will be released on 2nd October 2020 on AFM Records, and can be pre-ordered by clicking here – It’s pre-empted by the title track’s release as a single and you can catch the official video release for it right here at RAMzine.

‘Aeternam‘ itself is described as a beast of a track, melding hard hitting riffs and pounding, insistent drums from the start, blending with raw edged, high energy, power metal Madie’s soaring vocals add an extra layer to the tunes, with symphonic elements adding a heightened, more progressive feel.

Unbowed, unbreakable and inspired, ready to take their music to a whole new level, Nightmare is back.
