After the success of their debut release ‘Future In The Sky’ reaching #8 in the official U.K singles chart, Japanese rock’n’roll band Sahaji isback with something a little more edgy via new single ‘Tell Me All Your Feelings’.
‘Tell Me All Your Feelings’ is available to stream on all digital platforms and you csan check out the video here at RAMzine.
You can still expect the big anthemic choruses, but the verses are a lot more direct. ‘we are about to open a new door’…indeed.
The song starts with their trademark melodic guitar licks and after a brief verse it’s straight into a catchy chorus. Written in December 2020 after a fight between the brothers a year before, the personal message of ‘Tell Me All Your Feelings’ got them back together as a band and they have been flying ever since.
Lead singer Shotaro said “I was going through a time when I had to make a big decision in my personal life, and my heart was shaken. This song expresses my desire to break through such a state of mind and dive into a new world. It became a song that encouraged me.”
The video for ‘Tell Me All Your Feelings’ was recorded on location amidst the bright lights of Soho. The fast-paced video features the brothers happily back playing music together. The single is also available now as a physical release on the Future In The Sky E.P. – The lead track from their debut EP was their last single and you can check out the video for it here at RAMzine.
In 2022, after catching the ear of legendary Britpop producer Nick Brine, Sahaji signed to Flip Flop Records and are set to release a series of EPs with a full album launch in August.
Their limited four track physical CD release is available here, and the EP features the tracks: ‘Future In The Sky’, Tell Me All Your Feelings’, ‘I Wanna Be There’ and ‘Future In The Sky (Radio Edit)’. Listener are told to expect big epic soaring choruses with melodies harking back to classic 90s Brit pop bangers with a modern twist.
Influenced by Oasis, Tom Petty, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix amongst others, the Sahaji brothers have been honing their sound since their early songs were recognised at a YAMAHA Music audition in Japan. This led to various magazine covers and their songs being used in TV ads across Asia.
They have already supported Andrew Cushin on his U.K tour, and about to embark on another, having started the year with a show at the Water Rats in London along with Nigel Clarke of Dodgy & The 355’s.
