Swedish rockers Solence are bringing their headline show to the UK and Europe next spring, and if you caught them supporting Nothing More recently, you already know this is worth your attention.
We spoke with frontman Markus Videsäter not long ago and found ourselves genuinely intrigued by someone whose life has always orbited around music. That passion translated brilliantly when we caught the band live in London on the Nothing More tour. The energy was infectious, and there’s something genuinely unifying about an entire room chanting “Who you gonna call? Solence!” back at the stage.
Now they’re returning as headliners across 23 dates, with Dream State and Written By Wolves joining as support on most shows.
“We’ve been on the road with Nothing More over the last few weeks and the response has been amazing,” the band says, “so it felt natural that we get out there again and get the people what they want… more of THE SOLENCE EXPERIENCE!”
The tour follows their latest album Angels Calling, which continues their signature blend of Swedish metal weight with electronic and pop sensibilities. It’s an approach that’s earned them over 378 million streams and seen them grow from a band making heavy covers of pop hits to genuine contenders in modern rock.
