Spinal Tap Cranks It back Up To 11!

The world’s heaviest mockumentary legends return for one last hurrah!

Hold onto your amps, metalheads – England’s loudest export is back and ready to blow your speakers (and probably a few more drummers) to smithereens. SPINAL TAP II: THE END CONTINUES hits cinemas globally on September 12th, marking the triumphant return of David St. Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel, and Derek Smalls after a 15-year hiatus that’s lasted longer than most of their drummers’ life expectancy.

Director Rob Reiner is back behind the camera, reuniting the unholy trinity of Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer for what promises to be either the comeback of the century or another spectacular implosion – knowing Spinal Tap, probably both simultaneously.

The latest clip, featuring Chris Addison and Kerry Godliman, gives us a tantalising glimpse of the chaos to come as documentary filmmaker Marty DiBergi returns to capture the band’s reunion concert. Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned from Spinal Tap’s illustrious career, it’s that their concerts are never just concerts – they’re full-scale disasters wrapped in leather pants and delivered at maximum volume.

“Will this concert be their triumphant return, or just another Stonehenge-sized catastrophe?” we hear you ask. Honestly, we’re here for either outcome. After all, this is the band that gave us miniature monuments, exploding drummers, and the profound philosophical question of why 10 isn’t loud enough.

The film promises the same musical mayhem and razor-sharp satire that made the original a cult classic, complete with rock cameos that’ll have you questioning whether they’re in on the joke or just happy to be there.

So dust off your leather jackets, practice your devil horns, and prepare for Spinal Tap to once again prove that the line between stupid and clever is very, very thin – and they’ve been tap dancing on it for decades.

SPINAL TAP II: THE END CONTINUES storms into cinemas September 12th. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
