Germany’s Surgical Strike will release their new studio album, 24/7 Hate, on 1st March 2024 through Metalville Records, and ahead of that they’ve release the title track as their latest single.
The song was inspired by the classic film Falling Down starring Michael Douglas. ’24/7 Hate’ tells the story of a protagonist who, in the end, can no longer control his aggression and finds himself fighting against himself 24/7.
You can check out the video for the single here at RAMzine.
The album 24/7 Hate itself is being described as “an absolute must-have for all lovers of thrash metal”, and we have been informed that it combines “technical precision with breath-taking speed, leaving no room for compromise”.
Intent on conveying the rage and aggression of the band members in a captivating way, the elven energetic tracks featured are: ‘Initium’, ‘24/7 Hate’, ‘Fear Monger’, ‘The Lesson’, ‘Discover The Evil’, ‘Lonely Decision’, ‘Alienated’, ‘Rose War’, ‘Circle Jerk’, ‘Sorrow Of War II’ and ‘Blinder’.
The band – featuring Jens “Stöpsel” Albert (Lead vocals), Marcelo Vasquez Rocha (Rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Frank Ruhnke – lead guitar, Florian Seybecke – Bass, backing vocals and Joshua Jo (Drums) – has already played numerous shows and festivals, such as the Metal Frenzy Festival, Dong Open Air and the Wacken Open Air.
Their recording debut came in 2016 with the EP V:II:XII, and they then recorded their first long player, Part Of A Sick World, in 2020, with 24/7 Hate due to follow that next month.
