The Anix pulls you in with his latest alternative rock single ‘Gravity’, taken from upcoming album Voltage, due in late 2024 from FiXT.
‘Gravity’ is intended as a harrowing depiction of the bleakness of true heartbreak, with a haunting soundscape eerily reminiscent of a ’90s Bush or 30 Seconds To Mars.
In his own words, The Anix described ‘Gravity’ thus, “‘Gravity’ depicts a personal psychological struggle, using the metaphor of gravity to represent the weight of shattered dreams, and the relentless negative pull of survival . The song explores the concept of being dragged down by the heaviness of heartbreak and the weight of unfulfilled expectations, with imagery of being spun back down to a hopeless reality.”
