New York City band Wildstreet has released III, their latest full-length album release, via Golden Robot Records.
It follows seven singles released thus far from the album, beginning with ‘Raise Hell’ in 2017 and most recently ‘Mother’.
Recorded in their home town, III was produced by Kyle Paas, mixed by Jon Kaplan (Paul McCartney, Jonas Brothers) and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Andrew Wk, Def Leppard, Korn). It features their “signature anthemic choruses, shredding guitar solos and effortless dialed-up attitude”.
Wildstreet formed in 2006, released their self-titled debut album on Retrospect Records in 2009 and spent the next four years touring nonstop & performing at US festivals, winning the Best Buy/Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands for Rockstar Energy’s Uproar Festival into the bargain.
Come 2011, Wildstreet II..Faster..Louder! was released leading to appearances on US TV’s The Jimmy Fallon show and their songs becoming licensed for TV shows and games. After a 2 1/2 year break , the band was back, with a new line-up, he NYC scene in 2016, headlining Gramercy Theatre with a new line-up, playing live and more recently recording their new album.
