YES Announce UK Fragile Tour for April and May 2026

Progressive rock legends YES are bringing their Fragile tour to the UK this spring, hitting nine venues across the country from 22nd April to 4th May.

The tour will see YES performing their 1971 classic Fragile in its entirety. That means ‘Heart of the Sunrise’, ‘South Side of the Sky’ and the ever beloved ‘Roundabout’ all getting a full airing, alongside a selection of tracks from across their catalogue, stretching from those legendary 70s releases right through to their most recent album, Mirror to the Sky.

For those who need reminding, Fragile was the album that changed everything for YES. Their fourth record cracked the UK Top 10, went Platinum, and was the first to feature keyboardist Rick Wakeman. It also broke into the US Billboard Top 5, earning Double Platinum certification. Perhaps just as importantly, it was the first YES album to feature Roger Dean‘s iconic artwork, and each show on this tour will include a gallery of Dean’s work.

Steve Howe has spoken about how the album came together: it was drummer Bill Bruford‘s idea to include individual solo showcases on the record, which Howe described as “a bit oddball, but it captured the spirit of the time.” On the upcoming UK dates, Howe promises “an intriguing first set then all of Fragile in its entirety, then a slight diversion before our usual final encore.”

The current YES lineup features Steve Howe on guitars (with the band since 1970), Geoff Downes on keyboards (from the 1980 Drama era), vocalist Jon Davison (since 2012), bassist Billy Sherwood (hand picked by the late Chris Squire), and drummer Jay Schellen, who worked closely with Alan White before his passing.
