Introducing: Cortes

Cortes have realised their debut single, ‘Close To Nowhere.’
“Who are they,” I hear you ask. Allow me to enlighten you.
Cortes are an indy/blues rock trio currently stomping around London. Their 2014 demo release, ‘Facing My Fear,’ received air time on BBC Radio 1 with Zane Lowe’s comment that it was “most certainly better than good.” But, of course, you don’t need Zane Lowe to tell you what’s what; have a listen for yourself.

‘Close To Nowhere’ raises the bar: If ‘Facing My Fear’ was “better than good,” ‘Close To Nowhere’ is better than “better than good.”
