Ask anyone about new metal as soon as three years ago and they would say it’s as dead as grunge was in 1999. Fast forward to today and there are many bands who are proud to take on the label, plus many bands like Skindred and Linkin Park who never went away. One of the younger bands who are trying to ring it back as a sub-genre is Anti Clone. With a new look and new album, played their first festival this summer: Bloodstock Open Air.
We caught up with all four members of Anti Clone after their performance to talk about nu metal, festivals and the music industry in 2016.
