Abertooth Lincoln’s Nerve Parts

Dayton, Ohio’s Abertooth Lincoln return with searing new single, ‘Nerve Parts’, via Golden Robot Records.

‘Nerve Parts’ is a visceral outcry against the overwhelming chaos of the modern world. Blending progressive punk with theatrical intensity, the track channels the anxiety and helplessness that arise from witnessing societal decay and global crises. But beneath the surface fury lies a pointed critique of the systematic dismantling of rights – especially those of women and marginalized communities – through the calculated stacking of courts, the legacy of Trump-appointed judges, and the cynical twisting of the constitution to prop up outdated ideologies.

Abertooth Lincoln’s fusion of complex rhythms and aggressive energy underscores the song’s themes of frustration and the desperate desire for change. ‘Nerve Parts’ stands as a cathartic anthem for those grappling not only with the weight of contemporary existence, but also with the erosion of justice disguised as tradition.

Previously, the band issued their scathing single,‘Precision Scheduled Disasters‘ – A blistering punk anthem fuelled by fury, the track rips into Norfolk Southern’s reckless greed and the catastrophic consequences of its so-called “Precision Scheduled Railroading” – A euphemism for gutting staff, neglecting maintenance, and pushing operations to the breaking point.

This high-voltage assault is a Molotov cocktail hurled at the railway giant’s profit-driven neglect. With breakneck intensity, ‘Precision Scheduled Disasters‘ exposes the corporate cost-cutting that led to the 2023 East Palestine derailment, that spewed 100,000 gallons of toxic waste into the air, soil, and water, poisoning an entire community.

This isn’t just a song –  It’s battle-cry” declared Abertooth Lincoln. “Norfolk Southern put profits over people. This track is for everyone who’s sick of corporate greed destroying lives.”
