Alice Cooper’s highly anticipated upcoming album Road is set to be released on August 25th by earMUSIC. New single from the album, titled ‘White Line Frankenstein,’ showcases a rocking riff that seamlessly transitions into a catchy chorus and an impressive guitar solo by Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine).
According to Alice Cooper himself, ‘White Line Frankenstein’ represents a larger-than-life character they created – a truck driver who has spent countless years traversing the open road. He embodies strength and resilience while living solely in his trusty truck rather than settling down in one place like most people do. As such, ‘White Line Frankenstein’ becomes this character’s CB handle – monstrous yet fitting for its stage presence.
The music video for ‘White Line Frankenstein’ is now available to watch, offering a visual representation of the song’s powerful energy and captivating storyline.
With longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin at the helm as producer, Road promises to be another remarkable addition to Alice Cooper’s extensive discography. The album showcases his songwriting prowess and ability to create memorable melodies that resonate with fans worldwide.
Alice Cooper has also extended his 2023 North America tour. Fans will now have even more opportunities to catch him live as he adds shows throughout October. From October 3-23, these performances will be known as “An Evening With,” providing an intimate experience for concertgoers. To close out the month with a bang, Alice Cooper will join forces with Rob Zombie for three co-headlining shows called “Halloween Hootnanny” on October 25, 26 & 28.
This tour follows six shows alongside Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard and six of his own captivating “Evening With” performances from August 5-22. Additionally, fans can look forward to a month-long co-headline tour named “Freaks on Parade” with Rob Zombie running from August 24 to September 24.
