Blind Guardian Releasing ‘Beyond the Red Mirror’ Next February.

Blind Guardian fans can start getting excited, as they have announced new album ‘Beyond the Red Mirror’ will be released next February.

The German metal favourites have always known how to tell a story and this release is set to be no different, as they return to the young protagonist we first met in 1995 on tracks ‘Bright Eyes’ and ‘And the Story Ends

Hansi Kursch, the bands vocalist and lyricist has promised:

“A story between science fiction and fantasy.  The story begins with our 1995 album, ‘Imaginations From The Other Side’. The two worlds described therein have changed dramatically for the worse since then. While there used to be several passages between the worlds, there is only one gate left now: The Red Mirror. It has to be found at any cost.”

While there is no denying that all sounds a bit mental, we’re sure it will also be great fun and with a UK date already booked for next year, at the Forum in Kentish Town on April 12th, it looks like 2015 is set to be a big year for Blind Guardian.

Tickets for the aforementioned date, which also includes Orphaned Land, can be found here.
