Described as “the quintessential American Rock Band” the Maryland foursome will release their 11th studio album Psychic Warfare on the 2nd of October via their own record label Weathermaker Music.
Following on from the success of their 2013 release Earth Rocker, which peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard Top 200 albums, new album Psychic Warfare features 12 new tracks produced by longtime producer Machine.
Continuing to draw lyrical inspiration from scifi author Philip K. Dick, front man Neil Fallon explains that; “The title Psychic Warfare is taken from the track ‘XRay Visions’, which is a tale about an unnamed protagonist who is forced to seek refuge in a flophouse motel. He is hiding from several nefarious psychic forces, the worst of which is his own sleepdeprived paranoia”.
Having recently played on the main stage at this years Download Festival, Clutch plan to hit the UK and Europe later this year in support of their new album with a string of dates starting in Dublin on 20th of November.
