With the already impressive start of Carl Palmer’s ELP Legacy performing a special tribute ‘In memory of Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and John Wetton’ honouring their legendary music along with a few King Crimson tracks, making the festival a must see event. They have gone above and beyond to bring the best they could to add to the line up.
At the forefront of prog since 1969, Uriah Heep are set to join the stage, needed no introduction at all and no doubt set to continue gaining younger fans, their music is timeless. Also set to join the festival are the musical genius legends Caravan, having the vast array of musical styles under their belt, they prove they still have the magical touch they are known for. From further afield, Dutch prog rockers Focus and Finnish Von Hertzen Brothers will add some European flavour.
Also set to join the line up are Magenta, Heather Findlay, Touchstone, Hawklords, Edgar Broughton, Krankshaft, The Fierce and the Dead, Third Quadrant, Tirith, Kepler Ten and L’Anima. Rounding out a great collection of announcements with more yet to come.
HRH CEO Jonni Davis spoke about the announcements so far: “We’ve just wrapped up an incredibly successful HRH PROG V, Now everyone is waiting to see who will be joining Carl Palmer’s ELP Legacy this November for the second instalment of HRH Prog. Well the wait is over! Originally, we were going to add a further 3 or 4 bands, but instead we’ve decided to go large and add another 15, just to get you well and truly in the mood! All these acts have been voted in by the HRH Prog community (the HRH way), so we’re now delighted to confirm the following for HRH Prog VI, with a few more to come shortly on top.”
HRH Prog VI will be taking part at Camp HRH, Pwllheli, Gwynedd, North Wales from the 16th to 19th of November 2017.
Tickets are available now and can be booked calling Lisa on 0207 097 1521.
