In support of its 10th anniversary, German power metal force Iron Savior released a special edition of their 2011 classic album The Landing at the tail-end of 2021, now they are making the album available on vinyl through AFM Records.
The Landing became one of the Hamburg-based band’s most successful albums, heralding a resurgence of interest in Iron Savior back then. It contains several classic tracks alongside metal hymn ‘Heavy Metal Never Dies’ – a song that was streamed way more than 10.000.000 times at the time of writing.
“We are absolutely thrilled about this very special release,“ guitarist and vocalist Piet Sielck commented. “It’s hard to believe that it’s been 10 years already since The Landing came out, a true milestone in the history of Iron Savior.

Also check out the small changes and improvements of the reworked cover art. And now finally all this is available on vinyl as well with only 5 months of delay.”
The anniversary album not only includes three bonus tracks, but was also remixed and remastered by Sielck himself and comes with revised artwork by Felipe Machado Franco.
Tracks featured are ‘Descending (Intro)’,’The Savior’, ‘Starlight’, ‘March Of Doom’, ‘Heavy Metal Never Dies’, ‘Moment In Time, ‘Hall Of The Heroes’, ‘R. U. Ready’, ‘‘Faster Than All’, ‘Before The Pain’, ‘No Guts No Glory’, ‘Coming Home (Rerecorded)’, ‘Atlantis Falling (Rerecorded)’ and ‘Underneath The Radar (Bonus Track)’.
