Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate – Gonna Take You Higher

Raised during the 80s debauchery on the Sunset Strip and still going strong Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate has released new single ‘Gonna Take You Higher’ through Golden Robot Records.

‘Gonna Take You Higher’ features surreal vocals and heavy guitars that summon up visions of old Led Zeppelin and Richie Blackmore’s Rainbow.

The song itself is about Jack Parsons, one of the pioneers of rocketry aviation who also happened to be a devotee of Aleister Crowley, with assorted raised-eyebrow links to L. Ron Hubbard, the man behind scientology, among other colourful events in his life.

It’s the third single released digitally from the upcoming album Hell, CA. that will be out in early 2022. It was preceded by ‘Wanna Be Somebody’ and ‘Soul Mama’.

You can pre-save/order ‘Gonna Take You Higher’ here and catch the video for it right here at RAMzine.
