Joe Bonamassa April 2025 UK Dates & New Single Release

Following the release of his new album and film Live At The Hollywood Bowl With Orchestra,award-winning blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa has announced he will return to the UK for five arena concerts in April 2025.

Bonamassa’s career in the music industry has built steadily over the years and continues to gain momentum. He has now shattered all expectations with 27 #1 Billboard Blues Albums, more than any other artist in history.

Having toured the world many times, and now one of the biggest blues guitarists  around, Bonamassa recently supported The Rolling Stones at Lumen Field Stadium in Seattle, USA, where he received a standing ovation from the world’s greatest rock & roll band’s fans.

The UK tour, in association with J&R Adventures and N&P Touring, will see Bonamassa backed by a stellar band of legendary musicians. The set list for this show will feature new songs alongside career-spanning favourites.

“I am looking forward to touring the UK again,” Bonamassa commented. “UK audiences have always been supportive of my music. The fans are always energetic and enthusiastic.”

Planet Rock will start a 48-hour ticket pre-sale at 10am UK time on Wednesday 26th June via this link.

Tickets will then go on general sale from at 10am UK time on Friday 28th June from Gigantic.com and Joe Bonamassa’s website.

The Live At The Hollywood Bowl With Orchestra album, DVD and Blu-Ray are available via the J&R Adventures label.

Bonamassa has also released ‘Prisoner’ as a single from the full length recording. Available digitally, you can check out the video here at RAMzine.

A studio rendition of ‘Prisoner’ was featured on Bonamassa’s2011’s Dust Bowl album. The song was famously recorded by Barbara Streisand back in 1978 for the cinematic film Eyes Of Laura Mars.

This slow-burn ballad has been described as a “poignant showcase of Joe’s emotional depth and technical brilliance.” Listen to the full live performance recorded with a 40-piece orchestra on all major platforms here and check it out yourselves.
