On 14th June this year, French alternative metal band Onlap released their Waves album via AFM Records. Together with renowned composer and creator of EpicTrailerMusicUK, Vince Cox, they have now remastered the album.
They are celebrating this with the premiere of ‘Beyond Nevermind’, an all-new version of their most successful song, that has so far amassed more than 150 million streams on digital streaming platforms and over 40 million views on YouTube.
‘Beyond Nevermind’ is a new experience for Onlap. The band stated: “It’s a complete cinematic and symphonic re-orchestration of our first single ‘Nevermind’ from the Waves album by the talented Vince Cox. We also rerecorded all the vocals accordingly. We wanted to have some kind of bonus song a few months after the release of the album.
“Onlap has always been a kind of laboratory for the music we want to make at any given time, and ‘Beyond Nevermind’ is once again the result.”
