A matter of hours ago, Californa rock legends Red Hot Chilli Peppers announced they are reuniting with their iconic guitarist John Frusciante. This follows the departure of now-former guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. This was revealed via a post on their Instagram account.
Frusciante confirmed his departure from RHCP in 2009, revealing he left the band a year prior. Frusciante has worked with RHCP since 1989 on their album Mother’s Milk. The guitarist is responsible for the iconic riffs for ‘Californication’, ‘By The Way’, ‘Scar Tissue’, ‘ Under The Bridge’ and many more.
