The Rolling Stones have announced two dates at London’s O2 as part of their ’50 and counting…’ anniversary tour, 50 years after their first gig at London’s Marquee Club. The dates also mark the band’s first live performance since their 2007 ‘A Bigger Bang’ tour, and fans are being promised an all-new custom built set featuring video screens, effects and based on the ‘tongue and lips’ logo.
Last week, the band released new single ‘Doom and Gloom’ to precede their greatest hits compilation, GRRR!, due for release on 12th November
Tickets for the London dates go on general sale this Friday at 9am, priced from £95 upwards.
