There are “dark times ahead” says Steve Hackett in a new video interview, promoting the progressive rock legend’s forthcoming new album, The Night Siren, and UK tour.
Hackett expresses serious concerns regarding the world’s current political climate during the interview. His obvious frustration that there are those who refuse to look beyond their own greed and ambition is tempered but very real. From his point of view, trying to understand and appreciate different cultures and how they have developed and how one can integrate with them is a way forward, and he has been doing this increasingly with musicians worldwide, particularly on his latest album.
