The Black Vultures fifth single, ‘Nowhere To Run – Nowhere To Hide’, debuted on national and international radio stations on the 11th November and is available now, as is their debut mini-album, Death Valley.
Described by the band as “desert-sleaze-rock” it was recorded with longtime collaborator Chris Peet, at Northhouse Studio in Crumlin, South Wales. The newest outing dives into the complexities of vulnerability and addiction, portraying a character entranced by someone working at a strip club. The song portrays both characters as bound by their situations, exploring themes of infatuation and entrapment. “The new single is a product born from something that I watched on TV, which led me to write about it, it’s that simple” said lead singer Huw Williams.
The Death Valley EP contains the band’s first five singles as is available on physical CD & via all major streaming platforms. Physical copies will be available exclusively through the band’s social media sites (Facebook & Instagram) and at live shows.
