A native of Leith in Edinburgh, Delbhoy Kennedy claims the ‘Sky’s The Limit’ on his debut single, available through Flip Flop Records.
Harbouring the past in his bones, the future in his boots, and a chorus within big enough to birth a symphony of vocal supporters, Kennedy has coined the genre of music he plays as “future nostalgia.”
Recent nationwide sell-out support tours with Tom Meighan, Peter Doherty, Dodgy and a run of wild nights in Dublin with Irish renegades Kneecap have seen his fanbase increase, along with high profile supporters such as Chris Hawkins of BBC 6 Music.
Managed by Manchester based Broken Wing Club, the team turned to seasoned producer Nick Brine (Oasis, The Stone Roses, Teenage Fanclub) to record Kennedy at the iconic Rockfield Studios, laced with guitar lines from Aziz Ibrahim.
