UK Gigs and festivals to possibly go-ahead by Summer 2021

Last night PM Boris Johnson announced the ‘road map’ schedule for all restirictions being lifted in the UK. This included plans for live events such as gigs and festivals.

The first phase starts on March 8th which discusses gatherings and schools, and ends on June 21st which should see all social distancing measures being lifted, if data is postive. This includes gigs and festivals. You can read details of this on the government website, here.

The good news was celebrated by the Bloodstock Festival official Facebook page who posted the below image, accompanied by the rainbow and ‘horns’ emoji.
