Unto Others (formerly Idle Hands) announce new album ‘Strength’

Portland dark rockers Unto Others (formerly known as Idle Hands) have released details of their new album entitled Strength.

The album will be released on September 24th, via Roadrunner Records, and available here for pre-order as of today.

Check out the Brock Grossl directed video for ‘Downtown’, available to stream on all platforms, below:

Vocalist and guitarist, Gabriel Franco, had this to say about the album:

“It was 10 months from beginning to end, and the most time I’ve ever spent on an album. You can decide if that’s good or bad. Arthur did a great job giving the record an organic heavy sound and it was a privilege to work with him. What we have at the end is something I am extremely proud of, for better or worse, and a constant reminder to myself that we don’t do things because they are easy, we do them because they are hard.”

Unto Others are joining Behemoth, Arch Enemy, and Carcass for a European tour later this year. UK and Ireland dates are as follows:

28/9 Dublin, IE @ Olympia

30/9 Glasgow, UK @ O2 Academy

1/10 Manchester, UK @ O2 Apollo

2/10 Birmingham, UK @ O2 Academy

3/10 London, UK @O2 Brixton Academy
