Andromida Reunites With Daedric

Andromida reunites with Daedric for another Attack On Titan inspired track, ‘Abandon’ as well as a new music video featuring an impassioned performance from both artists.

The heavy track is said to hold nothing back. From vocals courtesy of Daedric, ‘Abandon’ is an emotionally turbulent ride from the get go. Andromida delivers a rock, metal, metalcore, djent infused soundscape abandoning genre boundaries. Provocative and thoughtful lyrics push through to the forefront like a shining centre piece at a feast for your ears. Heavy thrashing guitars, ethereal synthesizers, and fast paced rhythms round up the cast for rock/orchestral mix that push into cinematic realm.

“The chorus (instrumentally speaking) of this song was heavily inspired by the Attack On Titan OST,” explained Andromida. “Hiroyuki Sawano (one of AOT‘s main composers) has had such a massive influence on me since I discovered the show and its music.

Attack on Titan‘s music is such a unique blend of orchestral, electronic, and rock elements. Sometimes even pop elements as well. I really wanted to make a track that had that epic and melodic feel to it, and I knew I needed a vocalist who could bring that epicness to another level. Daedric was the perfect choice.”

Abandon’ is available now on all platforms from FiXT and you can check out the video here at RAMzine
