UK death thrash band Arceye have released a play-through video for the title track from their upcoming album ‘At First Light’.
The video shows the Shrewsbury five piece playing through their latest track, to give fans an insight in to their latest album.
Al Llewellyn thinks a play-through is much better than making a typical music video, he explains:
“As a musician I think it’s nice to watch play-through videos of bands sitting in their rehearsal rooms without the glamour of a full production music video, it’s where they spend the majority of their time writing or rehearsing the songs they play”.
Llewellyn also explained how the track ties in with the album artwork, created by the band’s drummer Craig MacKay, he explains:
“The idea behind the name and artwork is that the wolf climbing the mountain is always hungrier than the wolf on top. We feel we have gone through a rebirth as a band and this album is all about the climb to get us on to the next run of the ladder”.
The album ‘At First Light’ is out now.
