Festival season announcements keep rolling in and we are absolutely loving it. US mathcore heavyweights Car Bomb and Danish blackgaze favourites Møl are the latest names confirmed for this year’s Damnation Festival, taking place at BEC Arena, Manchester on November 7 and 8.
Joining them is Ukrainian blackened hardcore four-piece Machukha, adding even more international firepower to what’s shaping up to be a seriously stacked bill.
The trio of additions follow the recent news that US power violence legends Weekend Nachos will be making an exclusive UK return at the festival.
Organiser Gavin McInally is clearly buzzing about the new additions: “We’re delighted to have Car Bomb finally make their Damnation debut and it’s been a long time coming for us to have the incredible Møl return after their fantastic 2018 set at Damnation was cut short by a pesky fire alarm.”
On Machukha, he added: “Machukha are a force of nature on record and no doubt even more visceral on stage. If this is a new band name to you, head straight to your preferred streaming platform and strap in.”
He also gave a shout out to the previously announced Weekend Nachos, promising “an absolute belter of a set, with fans, old and new, knocking lumps out of each other… in the most enjoyable way.”
With Møl returning to make up for lost time after that fire alarm incident in 2018 and Car Bomb finally getting their Damnation debut, November is looking like it could deliver one of the festival’s strongest weekends yet. We can’t wait for festival season, and announcements like this are exactly why.
February instalment plans are available from £15 plus booking fees until Saturday, so get in quick if you want to spread the cost.
Damnation Festival takes place at BEC Arena, Manchester on November 7 and 8, 2026.
