Gen2 Love You To Death

Melbourne-based rockers Gen2 has a new single out in ‘Love You To Death’ through X-Ray Records.

Love You To Death’ reveals a darker and slightly more menacing aspect to the band’s music. While still adhering to their heritage of polished and refined sound.

The band gave some insight to the track: “Originally subtitled ‘…a love song for the Tinder generation’, ‘Love You To Death’ skillfully skirts the line between ‘alt-rock’ and mainstream ‘guitar rock’, and it is well and truly at home in either camp!”

‘Love You To Death’ is now available for streaming and download on all major platforms. The full-length version, complete with an extended guitar outro, will appear on Gen 2‘s forthcoming EP Future History Repeating – Part I.

The single is available here and you can check out the video here at RAMzine.

Established  in 2016, Gen2 deliver rock for the 21st century. Combining high-energy guitar rock with strong funk bass undertones, their original music combines powerful drums and funk bass grooves with crafted guitars and vocals.

Renowned for the quality and energy of their live performances, Gen2 has rapidly gained a reputation as one of Australia’s most dynamic and exciting live rock acts. Gen2 are a band that focuses as much on quality live performance and production, as they do on presentation – delivering high-energy songs and high-energy performances.

They are also rapidly gaining an enviable reputation as original recording artists.  Following the success of their single ‘Fire Of Love’ – released earlier last year – the band are currently finalising production on their highly anticipated debut EP, after signing with X-Ray Records.
