Hevy Fest 2013 has been cancelled

We are gutted to announce that Hevy Fest 2013 has been cancelled.

This year’s festival was thrown into disarray  when the regular venue for the event was unavailable this year and the camping option was no longer possible. A new breed of the festival was set to take place at the Brixton Academy this August but, unfortunately, this has also been cancelled. The organisers have released the following statement:

“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year’s festival.

Despite our best efforts to continue without the camping set-up, the change of venue has been more problematic than anticipated. It is time to draw a line under 2013, and look to the future to make sure next year’s festival is everything Hevy should be.

This has been a turbulent year for us, and we are very sorry to have let our audience down.

Ticket holders will receive an automatic refund from their ticket agents.”

Despite this, the HORSE the band show will still take place on August 3rd at The Borderline. Tickets are available now.
