Jimmy Eat World are returning to UK soil for their biggest headline show ever, taking over London’s Gunnersbury Park on Sunday 16 August 2026 to celebrate 25 years of an album that shaped a generation.
The Arizona four-piece will be performing Bleed American in full, supported by Rise Against, The Get Up Kids, and Jay Som. For those of us who came of age in the early 2000s, watching ‘The Middle’ on MTV before school and feeling genuinely understood for maybe the first time, this show is very exciting!
Bleed American remains a landmark record. Platinum in the US, Gold in the UK, and ‘The Middle’ now sits in Spotify’s Billion Streams Club. More importantly, it lit a fire under bands like Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and Taking Back Sunday, who’ve all cited it as a major influence.
Vocalist Jim Adkins put it simply: “Bleed American is as much yours as it is ours, so we want to celebrate it with you all in a very special way.”
The band are promising rarities alongside the hits, with a bigger production than they’ve ever brought to UK shores. After a stellar 2025 that included Download Festival and their Something(s) Loud EP, featuring the brilliant ‘Something Loud’ and never before heard track ‘Failure’, new music is also in the works.
Artist presale begins Tuesday 2 December at 10am via jimmyeatworld.com. General sale opens Friday 5 December at 10am through Ticketmaster.
